Communism Autobiographically

The Department of Slavic Studies, University of Zürich, celebrated its 50th anniversary with an international academic seminar "Communism Autobiographically". The concept was to reflect the theme of communism in a non-judgmental way whilst giving the design the festive appearance of an anniversary. Having undertaken a thorough research of print design during this era, I created a constructivism-inspired design using natural paper and elaborate silk screen printing to combine the past with contemporary aesthetics.
